Maundy Thursday

7:00 PM - Our Lord instituted the way we would remember him in the Eucharist on this evening almost 2,000 years ago. This has come to us as the Lord's Supper. In addition, he gave us a new command by which people will know we are distinctly his, through our love for one another. This service focuses both on the significance of the Lord's Supper and the New Commandment the Lord left for us to follow in his steps.

Good Friday

7:00 PM At Frank and Susan Spiotta's house (For directions please call 356-7278). What is the significance of the cross in the life of the Christian? Why is it so important? And, why did it take the church nearly 300 years after the Resurrection to embrace the cross as the symbol of faith? The cross of Jesus Christ is key and central to our faith and on this evening we explore the great paradox of our faith, "How can something good come out of something so bad?"

Easter Vigil

7:00 PM The Vigil is an exciting service in that we explore and revisit our Judeo-Christian heritage as is revealed in the Scriptures. This will be a time of reflection, looking at the ways God has moved in the hearts and lives of people through the Biblical narratives. We relate the ways God has moved historically but we also review the ways God has moved in us personally, connecting our experiences to those in the Scriptures.
